Plataria and the surrounding area offers a scenery of unbelievable beauty full of trees and flowers, very clean beaches, many restaurants and night clubs, apartments but also easy access to other interesting places of the prefecture. Such places are Sivota, Perdika, Paramithia etc.

This is one of the most important regions of Epirus, which is literally two steps from the port of Igoumenitsa (gateway to and from Europe) and the Egnatia Highway, the road crosses the horizontal North Greece, Epirus to Thrace.

How to get here

The access to the region is very easy using road (from Preveza, Igoumenitsa, etc), by boat (from the port of Igoumenitsa) and by air (from the airports of Aktio and Corfu, that are connected with the biggest European cities).
